Dalgona/ Frothy Coffee

I've already mentioned this in the last article but in case u haven't seen it, I will show u.
- instant ground coffee
- hot water
- sugar
- milk
bring water to a boil. Use only 2 tablespoons of the water. Combine water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in a bowl. Mix and mix and mix and mix and mix and mix and mix and mix...yeah you get it. Keep mixing until it has a whip texture. It takes a while but don't give up! Once you have it, put ice cubes in a cup and fill 2/3 with any milk (2%, almond, whole,..your choice). Fill the rest of the cup with the dalgona mixture. Mix and enjoy!
Brown Sugar Toast

This is probably the easiest recipe I've done. The results are 6/10 for me. If you love sweet stuff, you'll love this.
- 4 tbs brown sugar
- 4 tbs butter
- toast/ bread
melt butter in a microwave (but not completely) until soft (about 30 seconds). Then mix brown sugar into bowl. Turn on stove to low-medium heat and use a pan. Spread your new mixture onto both sides of bread. Place toast on a pan. Cook for about 2 minutes and then flip. Repeat for the remaining spread and toast.
Souffle Pancakes

Ok, this is not as simple as it seems in my experience, but I added it bc it has a small amount of ingredients.
- 2 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg whites)
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbs flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 2/3 tbs sugar
mix 2 egg YOLKS, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Sift flour and baking powder into the same bowl as egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix evenly. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 egg WHITES until it becomes soft and foamy. Add SOME of egg whites into yolk mixture and mix. Repeat a few more times until it becomes thicker. Then add remaining egg white and FOLD mixture until combined. Now, it must be thick enough and not too runny. Take one scoop into butter-coated pan on medium heat. Wait 2-3 minutes and add another scoop on top and flip! Make sure it is all cooked well and enjoy!
Tanghulu/ Candied Fruit

You can coat ANY fruit you want with this candy recipe: pineapples, apples, kiwis even...These taste best on strawberries, tangerines, and grapes.
- fruit of any kind
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup water
(that's literally all bc it's just straight up sugar + fruit)
- preparing fruit (for strawberries): remove leaves from strawberry. Then wash them in water. Dry them completely using a napkin (because syrup won't harden if it's wet). Skewer them!
- in a pot, pour sugar and water over medium heat. Let it simmer. When it starts to boil and bubble, test the syrup by pouring a little into a cup of cold water. If it solidifies, that means it's ready! Either pour syrup over the fruit or dip fruit into pot of syrup. Done!
Nutella Cookies

This is a really easy cookie recipe with only 3 ingredients needed. However, it's up to you if you want to include nuts, dried fruit, fudge, or top with powdered sugar.
ingredients: (can make 10-12 cookies)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup nutella
scoop one cup of nutella out of jar into a big bowl. Add one egg and mix. After mixing well, add in flour. Use spatula to "fold" dough together until smooth. Take a small chunk of the dough and shape it into a small round cookie shape (or however big/small you want your cookie to be. When it bakes, it doesn't expand that much). Make sure to leave some space between when you place them on a pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It should cook for about 15-25 minutes. Once they are done, let them cool and then enjoy. (Optional: top with powdered sugar :) I did this and it's really good).
Fruit Sandwich

The first time I made this was with store bought whip cream (the one that comes in spray cans lol) and not making the heavy cream mix. So I didn't really try this yet.
ingredients: (makes 1 sandwhich)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs sugar
- fruits of your choice
- slices of bread
peel off/ cut off unnecessary parts of fruit. whip heavy and sugar together until it thickens. Get slices of bread and cut crusts off. Spread a layer of cream on one side of bread. On top, fill surface area with fruit. Add another layer of cream on top and place other bread on top. Now, wrap the sandwich with plastic (saran wrap) tightly. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Once it's ready, unwrap plastic and slice in any way you'd like (diagonally into triangle shaped sandwiches or straight into rectangle shapes or maybe even use a heart shaped cutter).
