175 G flour
110 G butter
75 G sugar cane

1) Take the soft butter and put it in a bowl with the sugar and brown sugar (but you can also do everything directly with normal sugar).

2) Mix with a mixer or whisk and mix the butter cream well.

3) Add the egg and stir until it is completely absorbed.

4) Add the sifted flour, salt and baking soda continuing to mix.

5) Finally add the chocolate chips.

6) Spoon the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper well spaced apart.

7) Bake the biscuits cookies in a preheated oven at 180° for about 10 minutes until you see that they have flattened and are golden brown on the edges.

8) Remove from the cookies and let them cool completely before removing them from the pan.
