I usually start studying for the test two weeks earlier, because I like to feel prepared and not let it last, but if you feel like you don't need that much time, you don't need to do 2 weeks. The most important thing is to make time to study for that test.

In this part of the list, put all the exercises you want to do for the test, for example, in my case, I love to do exercises from the book, the activity book, the exam book, the sheets that the teacher gives and exercises that I meet on the internet. By doing this you will be able to understand what you have to do and you will be able to better organize your days.

To have the subject as concise as possible, I like to make a general summary of all the subject that will come out in the test, this way, I am not stressed by having 60 pages to study, because everything is organized in a few pages only.

Now that you have everything you have to do, split the tasks over the days you have until the test, I personally like to organize everything up to 2 days before the test and then just give a review. Because if something unexpected happens I still have time

I have a youtube playlist of motivational videos to see when I feel more down and unwilling to study, so these days, as I get a little more nervous, I see one every day before I start studying.

Before I start studying I like doing sudoku, crossword puzzles or letter soup, it is scientifically proven that our brain takes up to 30 minutes to concentrate, so doing this helps in my concentration.

I like to study for 45 minutes and then take a break of 10 minutes. I use be focused is a free app and very easy to use. During the 10 minute breaks (usually 3), I like to do different things, like preparing something to eat, doing some exercise or reading, I always try to stay away from my phone.

  • Post-it the exercises you had the most difficulty and then do those two weeks before the test if you can do them well, great, if not, try to repeat!

  • Use the focus@will app, it has music that helps you stay focused so you won't be so distracted.
  • If you don't have time to ask your teacher questions, meet with a friend and ask each other questions, and in addition to explaining each other, they are still learning.

  • While I'm studying I like to have a mug of tea by my side because it helps me relax and of course keeps me hydrated.
