Hi everybody!

You all know that a new year has begun and this year I'm gonna get my sh*t together.
I'm going to be more productive, hang out and drink less and start a workout routine.
This article will be my way to show myself and you all my progress.
I'll obviously set goals and try to keep them. I hope it will help you to find the motivation that is necessary to start a new way of living.

My goals for this year :

  • Be more productive
  • Start an intermittent fasting
  • Workout at least twice a week
  • Start to dance in a club
  • Avoid negative people
  • Try to make new friends
  • Keep seing my old friends
  • Start a new photography project
  • Study hard
  • Spend more time with my boyfriend and take care of him the way he takes care of me

I'll be sharing tips and my progress daily with you. You have to keep in mind that it will be difficult. I'll start slow and take my time but never give up on the goals you've set.
And more important, you have to understand why you're doing this. Don't force yourself to change if you don't want to or if you do it for someone else. You have to do it by yourself, for yourself.
