Hello guys again, It's been a while but today I bring a new article about : What I eat on a day!!!
For breakfast I like to eat eggs, bread, some fruit, yogurt and green tea... Here are some ideas




For break I have some fruit or cucumber with lemon and salt that is one of my favorite




For lunch I like to have always chicken or pork, veggies and some carbs.




For my second break I have some fruit or maybe a juice




And for dinner I like to have a salad with ham or eggs and some cheese and avocado or a veggie soup.
