Mirror, mirror. Who's the loveliest of them all?

Heyya! I haven't updated this blog for a very long time and I'm pretty sure it's getting dusty. Okay, let's keep it short alright?

Go to a mirror. And look at yourself. Tell me what you love about yourself. Let's start physically, okay? We'll take it slow. Tell me, what is the shape of your eyebrow? I'm sure it compliments the shape of your eyes so well, like two pieces of jigsaw puzzle. The shape of your eyes, it must have been very unique and different. That's how people recognise it is you. By looking at your iconic eyes. The colour of your eyes that melts, that makes people melt along when they see your eyes. The depth of your eyes, how expressive your eyes are. Your long, lean nose. Take a deep breath, darling. Appreciate the nose that have been stuck with you just to give a chance to breath. At least you are not Voldemort. Your lips, the shape of it. How it curved upwards when you move both the corners of your lips. It doesn't matter the colour or the shape of your lips. As long as you smile or laugh naturally, you will still look beautiful.

F society. F the beauty standards. Beauty is, and will always be SUBJECTIVE. Put aside the colour of your skin, the colour of your eyes, your hair. It's okay if you are not included in the beauty standards, because such thing do not exist. You are your kind of beautiful. Arts cannot be the same. Arts is messy, unique and beautiful in their own way. And each one of us is a piece of art. Just because someone is not attracted to you does not mean you are not attractive. I like this one except written by Roald Dahl through his famous art, 'The Twigs' ;
