Think you should get something to eat because in half an hour you are ready to punch a hole in the wall? Don't hesitate to put some healthy snacks with you in a pocket. So. I want to share my favourite snacks with you:

Garlic Bread with Olive Oil
Piquant snack dressed with fresh herbs is perfect for a small break.

• 3 tbsp Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
• 1 tsp nutritional yeast
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 16 oz pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. In a small bowl add the olive oil and seasonings, mix together.
3. Roll the pizza dough out into a giant rectangle.
4. Spread the seasoned olive oil all over the dough.
5. Cut the dough into 6 long strips.
6. Then take the strips and stack them all up on one another.
7. Cut the big stack into smaller pieces.
8. Then pick up one stack at a time and begin to lay them down in a loaf pan with all the layers facing up.
9. Fill the pan however you like (the more random the better).
10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are golden brown.


Mashed ripe bananas with oatmeal and walnuts - healthy and tasty recipe. And oatmeal can make you feel full for a longer period.

• 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 cup of uncooked quick oats*
• 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or use a Silpat.
• Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl.
• Fold in the walnuts and place a tablespoon of each on the cookie sheet.
• Bake 15 minutes. Makes 16 cookies.
