Hi everyone, morning routines have been all the rage lately, so I decided to write an article about my perfect routine! Speaking it into existence!
1. Wake up at 5:30 am and don't check my phone!

2. Workout from 5:40 am to 6:30 am (yoga, cardio, strength training).

3. Take a shower.

4. Do my morning skincare routine.

5. Meditate for 5 minutes.

6. Journal for 10 minutes.

7. Get dressed for the day.

8. Plan out the day.

9. Drink a green smoothie.
