I did this sort of thing last year where I wrote out random questions to see the progress I've made overtime. It's really interesting to reflect on what has happened and you discover a lot about yourself.

So, if you're confused as to how this works, I'll enlighten you.
Save these questions! Write them down in a journal, screenshot it, rewrite them on your notes app. I posted this on September 6th, so whenever you first read this, that will be the day you answer them next year.

  • What changed about your wardrobe?
  • Who are you friends with that you didn't expect to be friends with?
  • When was the last time you had an emotional breakdown?
  • What is something you did in the past year that you regret?
  • What has changed about your personality?
  • Has anything life changing happened since last year?
  • Do you like what see in the mirror?
  • What was your favourite memory of last year?
  • What was your least favourite memory of last year?
  • What do you wish you'd done differently?
  • Would you consider last year to be one of your favourite years?
  • What is your relationship with your family like?
  • .How happy are you with life right now?
  • If you could give past you a piece of advice or warning, what would it be?
  • Who/what do you really miss right now?
  • Did you lose any friendships/relationships that you never thought you'd lose? If yes, how did that affect you?
  • What is something you're proud of right now?
  • Have you made any plans for the coming year?
  • How much has your body changed?

Just putting it out there, I'm not sure if that's really 20 questions, but let's hope for the best !!
