Hey everyone! Today is a quick article of a fast, easy, tasty, and healthy chocolate pancake recipe that takes 10 minutes to make! It is perfect to freeze for about a month, and heat up in the microwave for around 45 seconds for a quick breakfast before school or work! This is my own recipe but I promise you, it is delicious and also has no added sugar, has lots of protein, and can be vegan if you don't add eggs/ vegan protein powder!

Yields: 10 pancakes, around 3-4 servings (I usually eat around 3 pancakes but they are really filling so it varies!)
Ingredients:
2 ripe, medium bananas (If you don't have bananas, substitute with 1/2 cup applesauce)
1/2 cup oats
2.5 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (I use designer whey double chocolate)
2 large eggs, or 10 TBSP egg whites
1 TBSP vanilla extract or maple syrup optional (I only used this when my bananas weren't as ripe as I wanted)
Toppings: Add whatever you like! To be honest, I only top mine with bananas and strawberries because the pancakes have such an intense chocolate flavor, it reminds me if you used cake batter almost!
-Maple syrup
-peanut butter/ almond butter
-fresh sliced bananas and strawberries, any fruit in general
-jam
-whipped cream
-Nutella
HOW TO MAKE!
1) throw all ingredients in a food processor and blend
2) heat skillet at low medium heat and spray with non-stick spray
3) Pour out 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, should yield around 10 pancakes
4) when bubbles form, flip! Cook on both sides around 1 minute
5) If the pancakes burn a little, turn down the heat to low and cover with a pot top to ensure it cooks through
6) I also add chopped bananas inside my pancakes, but that's optional!
7) freeze for around 1 month, or put in the fridge for a few days, or serve immediately!
