It is 10:45 on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. I have decided that I am tired of always feeling so unconfident in myself, I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and appreciate myself and love myself. I'm in no means trying to say that I need to lose weight to consider myself pretty and just saying starting tomorrow I want to work on my fitness, my diet and loving my self.
- Exercising at least 3- 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes


- Eat more whole foods and less processed foods




- I want to learn to love myself and dedicate more time to self-care
