How are you doing? I am really excited to share this recipe with you guys! I’ve learned this delicious recipe of a friend who worked in a local tapas bar and I gave it my own twist! It is truly one of my favourite things to eat! Not only is it very healthy, but it’s also very easy to make!

Ingredients Patatas Bravas 2 persons:
Time: 40 minutes

Oven: 200 degrees

4 sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons cajun spices
2 tablespoons olive oil
one oven dish


4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon water
3 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon olive oil

First you cut the sweet potatoes into little fries. Then you will put all of the spices on them together with the oil and put them into the oven for about 40 minutes.
Cut the garlic into little pieces and mix this together with the salt, oil, water and the mayonaise until it is a soft paste.
