This summer I decided to eat healthier and I lost 10 pounds. I almost developed some habits!! but It was hard, so after a long time, I decided to get back on track!
Here are some tips that helped me :

This was the biggest step for me. Especially since I liked my tea sweet and hot. Try to quit sugar when you drink tea or coffee

I never really stopped eating it, I still do. I just control myself and watch the calories intake, that's all.

YES I KNOW UGH. This is so annoying, because as they say "drink 1,5\2 L water a day", it just makes you wanna pee all the TIME.

The first weeks, I tried to count calories as much as I could and then you just kinda become aware roughly of food's calories.
Calories deficit is the way to lose weight, don't eat too much, just that.

It really helped me. It is boring to always update what and how much you eat but it does remind you that you need to keep going.

I did some exercises also using an app. It was cool and it usually lasted 10 minutes a day > HIIT. If you do them, you probably start developing a love for some exercises! I fell in love with the PLANK.
If you really can't and don't want to, do as you like. You still will lose some weight.
