Hello people!

So today was a really shitty day, I gotta be honest. French was awful with this new teacher, he doesn't even let us help each other, he is extremely disorganized and he believes he is cool and shit because he uses and awful teaching method. Also I had one of those days when you are always blue. I cried while I studied, after eating, doing homework, and then I vented to my mom and I could barely speak because I was sobbing. Really shitty day.

Anyways, I am really exhausted, in an emotional and physical way thanks to today's events and to the fact that I only slept for like 3-4 hours. I have to get my shit together.

Thanks Gaby for the cute paragraph you sent me this morning after I told you my ugly thoughts.

Day 17: List your most precious possessions.

Thanks Dayler from the past for giving me this prompt.

This one is really easy honestly like, in all the other prompts I have to think and search in my brain what the hell to write about. But when I read about the topic for today I was like: DUDE, I got this in the bag! So lets get started with these precious possessions...

OLLIE

Okay so I have this thing were I sometimes put names to inanimate objects. Ollie is my bullet journal. I bought it on Amazon, he is an Amazon's Essential. He is a black medium size notepad with blank pages. I started him on September 10, 2018.

He is filled with a lot of weekly layouts in which I planned all my school works, events, rehearsals, study sessions, college applications, and among other stuff. It also has some pages with drawings and post-its my friends write for me, a lot of freaking long quotes, random text about painters I like and their works, some stories of my daily life that I should remember for eternity, and bracelets from Gaitas season and my experiences in the festivals. There is NOTHING I don't write down on Ollie. He is like the keeper of my secret projects and crazy random shit I want to scream at 3 am. He goes everywhere I go.

RING

When I turned 15 my mom gave me a ring that she received when she was 15. Her father, my granddad, got it made especially for her birthday. When my mom grew older and the ring didn't fit anymore she said that when she had a daughter, she would give that ring to her. And so here I am, three years later, with the thin ring in my left hand. I haven't taken this ring off since that birthday. I take care of it as if it was the most sacred thing in this world, and that is because it is.

I only take it off when I am going to shower and when I go to the beach, but that's it. I don't plan to have a daughter since girls are too much drama, so my goal is to give it to my granddaughter when she turns 15 and so on and so on. I want this ring to go down my family line as an heirloom, as a symbol of family and love.

MY BOOKS

Girl, you thought I was not gonna mentions my precious babies in this articles? It has been a hot minute since I last talked about books. I know, you will be telling yourself, Gonmen come on fam, there are plenty more important things in this world! Yeah, probably. But since I can't mention qualities or people I have all the damn right to say MY BOOKS.

Honestly, I don't know what I would be doing right now if I hadn't been a stubborn little kid. You see, I used to hate reading like...that was some horrible shit. And when I saw people who read I was like "Stop wasting your time!" But then in like 4th grade I was like: You know what? I want to read some thick book with a cool-ass cover. I did buy it but I couldn't read it. Then I but a second one and even though it was completely different if had the same outcome, I got bored with it. That was until I got The Elegance of the Hedgehog, a book that has nothing to do with hedgehogs. After i finished that book...I have been eating books for breakfast, lunch and diner.

Books are a big part of who I am today as a person and they have saved me millions of times from loosing my shit.
