So I have come to the point where I'm thinking "enough is enough". As a child I used to be active but then in middle school I just got lazy, I've tried some classes of different exercises even I went to the gym for about 5 months but I quitted. Like always.

Since I was like 10 I have been chubby, except when I was 14-15 I lost like 8 kg (17.6 pounds) I probably it has been the only time I have been something close to skinny and it took me like 4-5 months but then I gained it back in 2-3 months after I stoped eating healthy. So since that I have been trying to lose weight because I know I'm overweight like not much but still I'm not healthy. So its been 5 years since I'm trying and then I quit. But today I woke up thinking that I'm not happy with myself and only I can change that. So this is the time where I stick to my plan and put determination into it, because I know I will lose motivation but then it is important to be determined.

So right know my measurements are like this:

  • Height: 164 cm (5'4)
  • Weight: 69 kg (152 lb)
  • Body fat %: 29.2%
  • BMI: 25.7

But my goals are:

  • Weight: 54 kg (119 lb)
  • Body Fat %: 21%
  • BMI: 20.1

So what I'll be doing is:

Drink 2 liters of water a day

I know this is so cliché but it is because it is true. Drinking water is so important, it is vital.

High Protein, Low Carb & Low Fat

Temporarily removed
So my purpose is to be eating lots of protein but staying low in carbs and in fat.

Eating every 2.5 hours

breakfast, eggs, and fit image
So you can keep your metabolism active

Okay so maybe I won't stark working out every day because I will probably quit so fast but I'll start maybe working out 2-3 times a week, then when I get used to it I'll try work out more times a week
