  • 3 tablespoons oat bran;

  • 3 drops of vanilla essence.

preparation:

beat the egg well (not to smell strong). Then add the oat bran and the mashed banana and stir well. add the baking powder and vanilla essence, stir a little more and we will bake.

If your skillet is nonstick, add a little olive oil or unsalted margarine. then, you add the dough and let it brown on one side and then turn to bake the other.

When done, put it in a small dish and, if you want, put a little honey, it is fantastic.
