Hello,guys so school had already started and we're back with another food article! In order, to have a good postive day full of energy you have to start with a good beginning a good BREAK FAST
1-Hard Boiled eggs
Boiled eggs are so good in the morning first they contain lots of protein to make you enough energized and strong through the day.You can add on them some oil and salt and pepper.


2-Omlettes
Omlettes are easy to make and so light on your stomach here is the recipe:(just ignore the french fries lol)
3-Boiled potato salad
It gives you refreshment!
4-Have some almonds and raw nuts
they well help you focus more and concentrate
and if you want consume it with milk


5-Make some tea or a fruit juice to relax
