Today I decided to do a fun little tag I have seen going around for a while.
1 ➳ what year are you going into?
Third year of high school, which is like year 11? I think? Maybe? WHere I live, people in year 11 are either 15, 16 or 17.
2 ➳ what's your favorite part about getting ready for back to school?
Getting all of the books in the mail and buying all of school supplies makes me excited for back to school!
3 ➳ what are you excited and nervous for this year?
I am most excited for making new friends and I am most nervous for grades and tests. The last three years of high school are the hardest here in Italy and they are the ones that will decide your future.
4 ➳ where do you get your inspiration from?
Books, the people around me, the people on the bus I take on my way to school, pictures I find on the internet. I find inspiration in countless things.
5 ➳ what grade were you in when you first started wearing makeup to school?
I have worn make up in my life once. I am a boy, so it would not be common for me to wear make up. I am not really interested in it, but I do have a skincare routine that I have started last year.
6 ➳ what do you wear to school?
I sometimes like creating outfits for school and actually putting some effort into what I am wearing. Other times, most times, I just wear an oversized hoodie with black jeans. I bought a Billie Eilish hoodie recently and I am going to wear it literally every day this winter.
7 ➳ have you ever ditched or skipped classes?
I have never skipped a class but I have acted sick to skip a test once. I did not enjoy it, it made me so anxious I actually eded up having a super bad stomach ache.
In the back of my mind, there's this secret wish to some day just skip school with a friend but I don't think it's going to happen any time soon.
8 ➳ what are 3 non-beauty essentials you have in your bag?
Earphones, a good book and a notebook!
9 ➳ what are 3 beauty essentials you carry in your bag?
Is lip balm an answer? AM I FAILING A TEST BEFORE I EVEN HAVE TO TAKE ACTUAL TESTS?
10 ➳ composition book or notebook?
I use both! Notebooks are cuter though.
11 ➳ pens or pencils?
Pens!
12 ➳ folders or binders?
I have more binders but I prefer folders for carrying things around
13 ➳ sticky notes or note cards?
Sticky notes!!
14 ➳ planner or unorganized?
I'm unorganised but this year I'll try to plan things out.
15 ➳ needs calculator or already knows the answer?
I would love to always use a calculator but my teacher does not let us.
16 ➳ study or wing it day of test?
I always study, but sometimes I don't study enough and I end up f*cking up and getting a bad score.
17 ➳ homework done night before or morning of?
Night before. The only time I study in the morning is before a big test I need to prepare well for.
18 ➳ tips on how to survive a boring lesson?
Take notes and try to make them look cute or read your textbook and try to follow the lesson. Just grit your teeth and wait until the boring lesson is over.
