You might not feel confident with yourself and need a change in your appearance- inside and out. It's not always easy to feel like you're good enough, but you should, because you are. Today, I will give you some tips to help you achieve that.

1. Sleep routine

First of all, and most importantly, you need to be well-rested. This can happen only if you sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning. This way, your body will feel ready to go to bed early and wake up early, just like it would when you'd be having school.

I know how hard it is to follow a skin-care routine. I personally follow one my dermatologist has given me, and it has really helped me. I'd recommend you to ask your dermatologist to give you a routine for your skin type.

4. Get ready

Go shopping with your friends and buy the clothes you like. You can also trying DIY-ing, it is really fun! I would do both, but DIYing is better than just going shopping. You can get inspired and make the clothes you like yourself. You can search online for some inspo.

5. Eat healthy

I personally find it hard to follow a well-balanced diet, and I'm still working on it. It's really important to stop eating food that is really bad for our health. You can always have a cheat day once a week, but never forget to eat fruits and veggies. You will also feel very energetic and proud of yourself.

6. Makeup routine

You don't need to have a makeup routine. You're beautiful just the way you are, but if you want to feel glamorous, don't be afraid to show your inner self through makeup. If you're a beginner, watch some videos on YouTube and see if they work!

7. Be you

Don't ever feel like you're not beautiful or good enough for others. You are perfectly made and you don't need anyone telling you otherwise. Don't surround yourself by toxic people who make you feel miserable and useless. You are amazing just by being you.
