The chocolate fondant is a key element to cooking, I find it easy and quick to prepare and it tastes so good, so here's a recipe:
Ingredients (for 6)

- 200 g of chocolate
- 125 g of butter
- 125 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
Baking
(don't forget to heat the oven at 350°F or 180°C)

- 1. Melt the chocolate into a bain-marie and add the previsouly sliced butter
- 2. Take the eggs and separate the whites from the egg yolks in separate bowls.
- 3. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and a little bit of water until it becomes foamy, add the chocolate and butter mixture to it and mix well. Then, add the flour and the dry yeast.

- 4. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and gently add them, using a spatula, to the other bowl that contains the mixture.
- 5. Put everything in a buttered pan or individual ones and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F or 180°C. The knife blade should come out dry when pricking to check the cooking.
Bon appétit
