I guess we all need something to hold on to so tight so we could feel a little better, and for me it was always te will to change. That it's not too late and i can start all over again, and that's what my glow up challenge is all about!

Alright then let's get started:

Food

Honestly i poorly eat, sometimes one meal, and some water keeps me full the entire day. That's why i thought it's very important to start with enhancing my eating habit and focus more on having three meals and one snack at least

Body

Taking care of your body (physically) will remarkably lighten your mood and make you feel good about yourself, and i'm not saying to spend hundred of dollars on products!! It's more like:

  • Shower daily
  • Moisturize everynight (it feels sooo good)
  • Workout 3 to 4 times a week
  • Face masks twice a week
  • Meditate daily for 10 to 15 minutes

I know these tips sound very usual and there's nothing special about them, but when you feel down, depressed or anxious you will procrastinate even on taking a shower! so for me such simple things are important to make me feel better.

Creativity

Why i'm focusing on this in my glow up challenge! well because i feel important when i create something, but i gave up drawing, playing guitar or even looking for a hobby a long time ago. So now i will do my best to stay commited to doing things that i love, like:

  • drawing twice a week
  • Learning Adobe Illustrator (i've always wanted to learn it)
  • Decorating my room( because it looks nothing like me)

New style

A lot can relate with this one, i need to find my own style:

  • Declutter my closet
  • Look for inspiration from people you like on Instagram, from Pinterest and make sure it's not just because it's trendy
  • Make a list of items you need to create your style
  • Go thrifting
  • Learn new hairstyles create looks, take pictures, and save them in a collection on your phone
