Exercise, whether it's in small or hour long sessions, is really important and key to a healthy and long life. It boosts your energy, improves your sleep and prevents illness among many, many other things:

Exercising isn't all that difficult. But what is difficult actually, is taking the first step. At least for me that's why I previously couldn't stick to a routine. But since finding what works best for me (and is actually fun), exercising is much more doable.
