I was either dependent to someone or isolating myself. When I started to keep people I loved around me, but learnet to enjoy doing things by myself too, I became less dependent and less lonely.

When younger, I loved to sing and dance, to watch silly movies like Legally Blonde or The Princess Diarie, to cook cupcakes and drink tea... When did I stoped it? Why did I thought I needed to change? I still can live life and do things that make me happy and feel familiar

3. ๐‚๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ
When you listen sad music, watch sad things, read sad books, you'll get sad... it's all about the energy you atract. That's a good time for finding new stuff to like.

4. ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ
It's really cool to have a friend to confidant what you feel, to write down, to sing, to drawn, anything that you can put your feelings in will be EXTREMELY useful.
To remember: It is a type of art, it doesn't have to be perfect, it just need to be real and to make you free.

You don't need to hide if you're sad, or angry, if something/someone makes you insecure, just tell 'em, a good comunication can make everything change.

The worst things is, it ain't going to be easy. You'll have to mentalize getting better every morning, you'll have to push yourself to ignore the thoughts untill it becomes easier, you'll have to fight your own head and to not forget you are capable and deserving of being happy.

7. ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž
Going to gym really helped me to keep my sanity, and sometimes it sucks but it is important to stay active. You can even try to walk 15 minutes per day, the blue sky helps. Also remember to drink water and eat. The rest days are important too!

We can sometimes get lazy and all but shower everyday, brush your teeths everyday, stay clean can help you feel brand new.

9. ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ฒ ๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ฆ
I learnt the hard way to NOT make decisions when I'm sad, don't do anything just because you're tired, do not make permanent mistakes, just take a deep breathe and a step back, nothing is really urgent right now. Remember, our hearts and minds can sometimes take us for fools.

You really need to ask for help, it is okay, you don't have to do this alone. Once you and your doctor find the right medicine and once you take your pills correctly, you'd see how much easier it's to smile, to wake up, to live.

Being alive is awesome. You are worth and deserves to live.
