During the 70's, a lot appened. : womens, Africans Americans, Gays and lesbians were still fighting for their equality. Also, massive protests took place all over the U.S contry against the ongoing Vietnam war.
I wanted to make a list of facts from this decades that marked the pop-culture and else.

Diana Ross, The Beatles, Janis Joplin

  • The American rock, soul, and blues singer Janis Joplin is found dead from overdose on October 4, at the age of 27

  • Pablo Picasso, the famous painter from dies on April 8 in Mougins
  • Jim Morrison, the singer from the American rock band "The Doors", is found dead in Paris on July 3

Ted Bundy, Saturday Night Live, Wonder Woman
  • The American serail killer, Ted Bundy is Arrested in Salt Lake City suburb for evading a police officer. Handcuffs, ski mask and pantyhose with eyes cut out have been found in his car
  • Saturday Night Live originally called NBC's Saturday Night debuts on October 11 on NBC
  • The American television series "Wonder Woman" starring Lynda Carter is aired on November 7

1976

David Bowie, Charlie's angels, Rocky
  • "Station to Station", the tenth studion album from David Bowie is released on January 23
  • The American crime drama television series, "Charlie's Angels" premieres on September 22, 1976 on ABC
  • The famous boxer, Rocky Balboa is introcued to the world with the release of "Rocky" on November 21

1977

Saturday night fever, Star wars, Elvis Presley
  • "Saturday Night Fever" is released on December 16. Thanks to this movie, the Disco emerges as one of the most popular genre of musi.
  • The first Star Wars, Episode IV โ€“ A New Hope is released on May 25.
  • The king of rock and roll, Elvis Presley is found dead on August 16 at the age of 42.
