Hey everyone !
I just wanted to share with you this granola recipe I really like
What you need :
- Oats
- Seeds of your choice (I added chia seeds)
- Almonds
- 1 tbs Vegetable oil (coconut, sun flower...)
- 2 tbs of Honey
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add the oil and honey
You can add other ingredients you want to it, like coconut flakes, dried fruits, more nuts...
Then put your granola on a baking tray and in the oven for about 20mins at 180ºC (Keep an eye on it just in case)
You will be able to see if it's ready
Let it cool down, it will get hard and you will be able to break it into chunks.
Enjoy with greek yogurt or milk !!
