It’s the first day of school. You get up early (surprisingly!), have a good healthy breakfast, and start dressing for the big day. You’re doing your gorgeous hair while thanking yourself for preparing the clothes the night before. You take your bag (already prepared, too) and put on some lipgloss. You’re shining and ready to go, babe!

1 get enough sleep

It’s the best thing you can do for your health, success, and beauty! An average adult needs 7-9 hours of sleep, so don’t underdo or overdo it

2 eat well

I know it’s challenging for college students to have proper meals at the proper time, I myself am still trying to adapt, but food is essential. It’s a win-win if you can cook and take your meals with you, but if you can’t – don’t worry, just try not to get hungry (always have snacks))

3 actually study

Be interested in what you’re studying. Be your own inspiration. It’s an incredible feeling when you’re putting in your hard work, going the extra mile, getting smarter and you know a ton of things: something about everything.

4 no procrastinating

Hey you. Yes, you. Promise yourself to start working on projects as soon as you get them and stick to your word. Don’t wait for assignments to pile up and smash them right away instead.

5 new language

Pick a new language to learn. Why? Because it’s so fun! It’s so empowering – to be able to speak several languages, not just one, to make friends from all over the world.

6 collect skills, not things

Now is the best time you have, so use it wisely. What’s that thing you’ve always wanted to do but didn’t for some reason? Take photographs? Ride a horse? Draw or paint? Go find courses and join. Skills will always pay off, so collect as many of them as you can.

7 sports

Do sports. Not only physical exercise is beneficial for your health, but it also boosts your brainwork! What’s a better way to stay in good shape, with a sharp mind and positive outlook to life?

8 show off your talents

9 join clubs

Your college has lots of them: reading, music, sports, drama, debate, speaking, cooking, etc)

Drink your water, clean and glow your skin, pamper your hair, be a star!
