I already wrote an article about losing weight, but this time I want to go into more detail on the individual aspects.

𝓝𝓸 𝓒𝓪𝓷𝓭𝔂

I am always eating out of boredom, which is probably not the best thing to do and I bet there are alot of you who do the same.

That is why I decided to switch chocolate, crisps and other kinds of candy into rice waffles, nuts, oat bars, fruits and veggies.

𝓑𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓰𝓮𝓼

Sometimes I get tired of hearing/reading that you always have to drink a lot of water. Even if you put fruits/vegetables like lemons or cucumbers in it, it will get boring after a while.
Nevertheless try to drink atleast 1,5L per day.

One of the worst things is you have to pee like every two seconds, but this is actually really healthy for your body, because it rinses all kinds of toxic out of your body.

To add some variety, you can drink different smoothies in summer.
(I mix 250ml water or juice and some frozen fruits in a mixer.)

In winter it is tea time!
(Coffee is also a good option)

There are many varieties of tea that are very beneficial.

  • Green tea contains large amounts of important nutrients.
  • Black tea has antioxidant properties.
  • Fruit tea is packed with vitamins and is great for cleansing the body.
  • White tea helps protect your teeth from bacteria.
  • Mint tea treats bad breath and soothes upset stomach.

𝓯𝓪𝓼𝓽 𝓯𝓸𝓸𝓭

Everytime I crave a burger, I start to do one by myself.
If you more into pizza or other kinds of fast food, you can always look up healthier versions on the internet.

I use whole grain bread and for meat I always choose turkey.
Instead of fries I cut paprica, carrots and sweet potatos in stripes.
(No soft drink!)

So here is a challenge for you.
Try to walk 10.000 steps or workout for atleast 30min everyday.
