I got a big "Motivation loss" if I could say that, this is why I do this article today.
It's gonna be the first artile of my 'back to school' series !

You know that feeling when you work hard for something but it's been so long that you are doing the same thing that you don't even know why anymore ?
Or when you really want to start to do something or to work for something but you don't know where to start and it just demotivated you ?
If yes, this article is made for you !

Today we will see how to get motivated to put your life together !

1) Setting goals ✔

First of all, set goals. Why do you want to get motivation for ? What is your goals ? Do you want to get healthy ? Do you want have better grades at school ? Do you want to start a career ?

But the more important thing about all that is why. Everyone will tale to set goals to have motivation, to start doing something with your life.
We will take the example of 'getting healthier' cause I know a lot of people are searching for that in here. But it's the same for every goals.

Why do you want to be 'healthier' ? Is that to feel more energic ? Is that to feel better in your body ?
And, on a long term, what do you think it's gonna change in your life ? Be happier ? Feel better in your relatinships ?
Once you'll answer to all that questions, you will feel already a lot more motivated and ready.

2) Regularity is the key 🗝

Plan. It's the key word of all that. Once you have set your biggest goal, divide it into smal one that you can achive rapidly. Because if you don't do this, you will not be able to reach your first goal in a few weeks and that's what will demotivated you.

Once you started, you can't have excuses all the time. Of course, you can't, and you don't have to be perfect all the time.
But when you use excuses EVERY SINGLE DAY like, 'that's nothing', 'i can do it tomorrow', you only lie to yourself.
Regularity is the key. Stop talking, start doing.

3 ) Get inspire 🌊

It's not gonna be easy everyday. Sometimes you don't even know why you're doing that anymore and that's when you need to get inspire.

There is SO many way to get inspire and motivated, but I will give my favorite ones.

First : watching vlogs or videos from people who's trying to do the same thing as me or who inspires me motivate me so much.

I like to watch their videos while I'm getting ready, it kinda motivate me for the day.

Music is everything, you have to have a good playlist with songs that make you want to conquer the world. (Okay, those are my favorites ones : Zero by Imagine Dragons, Can you feel it by The Jacksons five, Viva la Vida by Coldplay, Three Little Birds by Bob Marley and The Greatest show from the movie)

Vision board or just photo that reminds you of your goals might really work too. You can also watch and listen speech of successful people.

4) Don't get obsessed 🕸

Accord yourself some resting moments.

It's really important for you to find in your week a few hours or even a day where you slow down. Be to obsessed is counterproductive. Find some time where you can just take a bath and watch series or do anything that you like.
