Hey Loves.... as most of you know (well mainly myself and my stuffed animals), I struggle with really bad anxiety. Its getting even worse now that I am transferring from my community college to a university in a couple of weeks. (Yikes)! There is so much that I want to change and so much that I want to conquer, as I am entering my last two years of college. I am getting my bachelors of Science in Community Health, and my anxiety is sky-rocketing. I'm really striving to excel in my academics. But I also want to find great friends, a great love, and MYSELF. I'm self aware of the problems within myself that I need to fix, but I don't want to change who I am during this journey. I know everyone deals with things, Me.... I'm an over-thinker, and I struggle with social anxiety. With all this being said, here is some nightly motivation not just for those like me, but for everyone who wants to sleep with a calm mind. (ENJOY)!
