List of things I´m trying to achieve to feel prettier and gain confidence:

  • get my braces off
  • wear a waist trainer and shrink my waist to 26 inches with it
  • go to the gym 3 times a week
  • eat healthy and stop with binge eating
  • have clear skin
  • get a tan
  • eat only when I feel hunger
  • (listen to subliminals ?) - not sure about that one bc I´m pretty skeptical
  • save money
  • swap my style a bit
  • drink ACV every morning, as well as take creatine to support my muscle grow

It´s 30.07.2019 and it´s the start of my Journey... ✨
