OBS! I'm going to be using the metric system for this.
The recipe calls for 24 cupcakes.

✓ 350g Caster sugar
✓ 225g Plain Flour
✓ 50g Cocoa Powder
✓ 2tsp Baking Soda
✓ 1tsp Baking Powder
✓ 1tsp Salt
✓ 225ml Coffee (gives a strong chocolatey flavor)
✓ 225g Sour Cream
✓ 120ml Vegetable Oil
✓ 2 Eggs

✓ 300g Butter
✓ 75g Milk Chocolate
✓ 400g Icing
✓ Pinch Of Vanilla

✓ Cupcake Wrappers
✓ Caramel Sauce
✓ Snicker Bars


1. Turn your oven on 175˚.
2. In a big bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
3. In another bowl, mix coffee, sour cream & the eggs together.
4. Take the wet mixture and dump it into the dry ingredients, blend well.
5. After that, add the remaining vegetable oil.
6. Pull out your cupcake wrappers & spoon about 1½ tbs of batter in each one.
7. Let them bake till they're ready (15-22mins).

Frosting preparation:
1. Whisp the butter till it's fluffy.
2. Melt chocolate & let cool slightly.
3. Add icing sugar & vanilla to the butter.
4. Pour chocolate in the frosting.
5. Once the cupcakes have cooled down, pipe the frosting on.
6. Drizzle on some caramel sauce and top it off with bits of snickers.
