and what that actually means.

hey guys! i'm mikaela and i have another article for you today!!!!!!
so. i am moving in less than three weeks all by myself. i am leaving behind my family and friends for the first time ever. naturally, i have been stressed and anxious and upset and way more emotional than normal recently. today's article is about changing my mindset and how that is going to effect my life.

the law of attraction is basically that you control what happens in your life with the way that you think. if you think positive thoughts, positive things are going to come your way. if you think negative thoughts then negative things are going to come your way. understanding the concept is simple, but actually living it out is the hard part.

so here is the plan for the next seventeen days ( i move in 17 days):

meditation, reading, prayer, exercise, writing

I am going to make it a point to meditate and do some yoga and just relax my mind. I am going to prioritize reading the Bible and some poetry and other inspiring things. I am going to pray pray pray. I am a christian and for me, prayer is HUGE. life changing. I am going to exercise. I exercise anyways, but I really want to be more present instead of zoning out during my workouts. I am also going to write A LOT.

for those of you who don't know, I am a writer. I write poetry and short stories and I am currently working on my first novel. I am an aspiring author, if you will. writing is therapy for me and I always feel so much better after I get my feeling down on paper. I am going to make sure that I take some time out of my day to write because my mental health definitely needs it.
