When i wake up early i always have nausea , feel sad , headache but i just knew its because i don’t sleep early too ! so i will try my best to fix my sleeping schedule Studies have shown that waking up early is very good for our health : It helps your skin to look healthy ! Also it helps to susthain a healthier diet ( i will talk about this topic in my next article )

2- To draw more :

3- Read more books :

Currently i am reading ‘ the subtle art of not giving a f** ‘ i hope i will finish it ASAP its a wonderful book Those are some of my favorite quotes from the book : “Who you are is defined by what you’re willing to struggle for.” “You and everyone you know are going to be dead soon. And in the short amount of time between here and there, you have a limited amount of fucks to give. Very few, in fact. 4- Take a lot of baths : Taking a bath instead of a quick shower Baths are so relaxing !

5- travel more

so in the end of august we re planning to go to turkey , i ve been there once and believe me its such a beautiful country i loved it sm !
