IT was always hard for me to let go, of people, of the past, of things, i just couldn't move on and free my self . It took me a while to understand that unless i let go, unless i forgive myself, unless i forgive the situation, unless i realize that the situation is over, i can't move forward and i wont be able to enjoy my life the way i am supposed to. i know for a fact that alot of us can't seem to let go! so here some tips i hope that can help you .
- Make the decision to let go? and know your " WHY".🌹
- Accept the person you are now and the way others are .🌼
- Dont waste your time and energy trying to keep a relationships, if it was meant to be it will be .🌺
- Let go of what people think .🍁
- Let go of negative thoughts .☘
- Let go of the past and focus on the present which you have in your power.💐
- Dont take things personally .🌹
- Let go of toxic relationships and toxic people, you deserve better .🏵
- Stop believing that there is only the past, enjoy the present, so you can enjoy the future .🌼
- Change your mindset ,you dont need strength to let go, you need understanding .🌻
- Forgive your self, so you can forgive others and move on .🍀
- Let go of becoming something you are not .🌱
- Learn to be present.🌷
- Accept the things you have no control on, things you can't change .🌺
- Stop wishing things could be the way they once were.🌸

It seems impossible sometimes to let go and move on i’ve struggled with this myself. But once you know to value yourself, to value the present other than the past you'll understand that holding on to pain doesn’t fix anything. Replaying the past over and over again doesn’t change it, and wishing things were different doesn’t make it so. Do something different today let go ! and welcome happiness back into your life.
