Hello beautiful hearters! There’s nothing I love more in the summer than fresh smoothies, so I have gathered a list of the three most delicious smoothies!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie (One Serving)

1 whole banana sliced in half

4 diced strawberries

1 cup of milk

2 ½ tablespoons of sugar

2 teaspoons of honey

Blend together and enjoy!

Chocolate Cherry Smoothie (One Serving)

Temporarily removed

1/2 of a ripe banana

0.33/4 cup of 0% Greek Yogurt

1/4 cups of pitted cherries

1/4 cup of blueberries

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal

0.5 inch of ginger root

2/4 teaspoon of vanilla

0.13 cups of water

1 scoop of ice

Add all ingredients except ice into blender and purée for 30-45 seconds. Then add ice into the mix and purée until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

Ginger Detox Peach Smoothie

1 medium cucumber, peeled

2 cups frozen peaches

1 lemon, peele

1 orange, peeled

1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

1 apple, cored

1/3 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup cold water

2 cups ice

Add all ingredients except ice into the blender and blend until smooth. Add ice, blend again then enjoy once smooth!
