1) Do you prefer writing in black or blue ink?
I greatly prefer writing in black ink; it looks much nicer. Black ink also helps me focus better because its more legible to me.

2) Would you prefer to live in the city or country?
I used to live in the suburbs of Toronto half an hour away from downtown, and now I live in an even smaller city a couple hours away for university. If I could afford to, I'd love to live somewhere like New York. It's so beautiful there, and the city lifestyle is one I really enjoy.

3) If you could learn a new skill, what would it be?
I would love to learn photography. It's not so much something to learn, as something I want to take up again, but I used to do photography, and stopped because my camera broke. There's so much about photography left to learn, and I'd love to get into it more.

4) Do you drink your tea or coffee with sugar in it?
I don't drink tea, nor do I really consume carbs that much anymore, so I don't take my coffee with anything in it. I occasionally will put splenda and almond milk in my coffee.

5) What was your favorite book as a child?
My favorite book as a child was "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch. I'm not usually the lovey type, but that book always hit me really deep. If you haven't read it, I'd definitely recommend it regardless of your age.

6) Do you prefer baths or showers?
I personally prefer showers because it takes less time out of my day. I typically wake up and take a nice, cold shower to wake myself up, but other times, a hot shower is a great way to relax after a long day.

7) If you could be a mythical creature, what would you be?
I've always liked swimming. I grew up doing the sport competitively, and I've always enjoyed being in the water, so I suppose being a mermaid would be quite nice.

8) Do you prefer reading paper or electronic books?
Electronic books are nice because I'm trying to be more of a minimalist this year, and because you definitely save money in the long run. However, I'm the type of person who likes to highlight things and write in the margins of all my books, so it's hard to switch over to a digital system. I do try to use my Kindle as much as possible though.

9) What is your favorite item of clothing?
I currently love a short sleeve button up I found in H&M's men's section on sale. It has a super cute lemon print on it, and I love rocking loud designs, so I'd say that's my favorite piece right now.

10) Do you consider yourself a romantic?
I'm probably not what most people would consider a romantic, I'm typically pretty detached from most people, and don't mind being alone, but I love the idea of romantic relationships, and with the right person, I'm definitely a romantic. A hopeless one, at that.

11) Have you ever met anyone famous?
I've never really met a famous person in real life that I can recall, but I've spoken to YouTuber Corinna Kopf before, and she follows me on Twitter, so there's that.

12) How do you relax when you're stressed?
I like to turn on some relaxing lofi hip hop and clean my room a bit, because being clean and organized makes me feel better. After that I'd probably make myself a healthy snack and a coffee, then watch a bit of Netflix.

13) If you could travel back to any era, which one would it be?
Social and political issues notwithstanding, I love the aesthetic of the 1950s in America. It's all very classic, and very cute. Not really something I'd typically go for, but I can't help but be intrigued.

14) What is your favorite season?
I suffer from seasonal depression, so I never really enjoy autumn as much as I'd like to, but I really do like the idea of the season. I love the warm colors, and the foods that come with the harvest, and especially the general feeling of closeness everyone has during those months.

15) What is your favorite breakfast food?
I usually have green smoothies with protein powder for breakfast, but if I'm indulging myself, nothing really beats an eggs benedict and mimosas.

16) What is your hair color?
My hair is naturally black, which is the color it currently is, with the ends slightly lightened. My hair naturally has reddish-brown undertones, so it's definitely more of a brown color under direct sunlight.

17) Have you ever been to Paris?
I've never been to Paris, but it's in my top three of places I've always wanted to visit. The city's history is so rich, and everything there seems so beautiful. Not to mention, I hear the food there is great too.

18) What is your favorite movie saga?
Being completely honest, I don't really watch movies, let alone sagas. My favorite standalone movie would be Jennifer's Body or Ferris Bueller's Day Off, but if I had to choose a series, it would be the Pitch Perfect trilogy. It's a perfect example of pure, unadulterated fun. Plus a little singing.

19) If you had to work on only one project for the next year, what would it be?
If I had the entire year to work on one thing, it would probably be my screenplay. I'm currently writing a TV show pilot, and I'd love to write out the entire season before pitching it to a network as a limited series or something of the sort.
