first of all, be grateful for everything you already have. keep in mind that you don't always NEED what you WANT so be careful what you wish for. make conscious decisions on what you aspire to have or to be in life, stay mindful, show respect, be nice and everything will work out.

this is the easiest still underrated thing you could do. that's what the law of attraction is all about. you and your goal need to get on the same wavelength in order for it to come to you. everything is energy. speaking about a certain thing and visualizing it in your head or on a piece of paper will help you manifesting it.

it's so important to have people in your life that support you and only want the best for you. them appreciating and loving you will better your self-esteem and outlook on life (higher energy). passing that feeling on to other people will have you feeling lifted and inspired making it easier for you to be creative and express yourself freely.

+ tell them, if they don't want to figure it out with you, leave them kindly
--- if those people are family members try to distance yourself and only have occasional conversations about not-so-emotional topics and future plans.

this also works if those people are your parents. still be nice to them, screaming at them won't do anything, try to sit down with them and tell them your problem and if they don't listen distance yourself a little bit in order to protect your energy. they might change their mind and will try to reach out to you from time to time so be open about that. in the end you have to be content with yourself and your goals.
