hey guys! it’s been a hot minute since i’ve been active on WHI, let alone written an article. so today i’ll be explaining my workout routine which i had just started. enjoy!

warmup || 3-5 minutes
i like to warm up with some dynamic stretches. here are some examples:


workout #1 || alexis ren’s 10 minute abs

workout #2 || alexis ren’s 10 minute beach butt

workout #3 || any 10 minute HIIT workout

because the other workouts are more strength based, i like to end my workout with bringing up my heart rate. it’s a good way to burn many calories in a short amount of time.
