Hi everyone, I'm back today to talk about a band that I really love. That's actually a well known band. Its name is Linkin Park !
Who are Linkin Park ?
Linkin Park are an American rock band from Agoura Hills, California. The band has been created in 1996 by Mike Shinoda, Rob Bourdon and Brad Delson. They've subsequently recruited Joe Hahn, Dave Farrell and Chester Bennington.
Two years ago, Chester took his life and was found dead in his room on July 20, 2017. He suffered from depression for years. It was a very painful moment for his family but also for his fans.
Many paid tribute to him, artists and fans alike.
What do they do ?
Linkin Park made 7 studio albums. The last one's called One More Light. In honor of Chester and also at the request of fans, Linkin Park's members made a special album: One More Light Live. This one is a compilation of all the songs they've played during their last tour in Europe.
Fun Fact
"Numb", that appears on the album Meteora, is probably the most famous song of the band. What you have to know is that this song was composed only one week before the album came out.
In 2018, "Numb" became the first song of a rock band to reach the billion views on YouTube. Congrats!
