I want to change my lifestyle a little. Like a part of my glow up this summer maybe. How healthier, the better… I’m already healthy but sometimes I eat to much (snacks and junk). I want to cut those out a little and replace some of them. I know sometimes it’s hard, so I made this article to make your new healthy lifestyle waaaay easier!

DRINK WATER (WITH LEMON)

Okay, this is an easy one. If you drink a lot water, which is very healthy, you will no longer be thirsty and you don’t want to drink a soda or something. Also if you don’t like to drink plain water, you can put some lemon in or even lemon juice! It’s so good for you! (PLUS, less calories)

DRINK ONE CUP OF TEA

Not a tea drinker? Just try to drink minimal 1 cup of tea per day. In the morning when getting up or in the evening before you go to sleep. Also try green tea, it’s effective for you body and healthy. However, the more you drink green tea, the healthier you get and your body! Here too, you’re cutting out the calories from soda’s you would have been drinking normally. And again you are drinking water, which is amazing for you! (PLUS, less calories)

MOVE OR WORKOUT

Simply, workout! Don’t you like to workout, fine too, I won’t force you but just move! Do something, walk, ride on a bike, run… It can be fun too, you know. Some alone time, music, thinking. Really good for you too! (PLUS, cutting down calories and burning fat)

REPLACE JUNK TO FRUIT

Bit more difficult, but I’m not saying you can’t snack anymore at all, of course you may. Just not all the time. If you’re hungry try to eat fruit, at least 2 different fruits and that is already a huge improvement in your lifestyle! You deserve it when you go out with friends or something. You earn it then! (PLUS, less calories)

SLEEP 8 HOURS PER NIGHT

Try to do this and don’t get up late (after 11 o’clock is bad!) I usually get up between 10-11 but I’m trying to get up before 10. It’s summer and it’s vacation so I don’t set a time but make sure you get enough sleep though!

PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY AT NIGHT

It’s bad to look at your phone all the time before you’re going to sleep. Try to avoid this at least 1 hour before going to bed. Read a book instead.
