pancakes are so good, when you cook them for breakfast, you definitely know you are going to enjoy them.
So here's a pancakes recipe, (not mine but I've added and changed a few things) but the one I use when I bake some.

INGREDIENTS 🥧




250 gramms of flour
30 gramms of sugar
2 eggs 🥚
10 gramms of traditional yeast
65 gramms of butter
1 pinch of salt
30 cl of milk 🥛
RECIPE 🥞


1. Melt the butter
2. Put flour, yeast and sugar in a big bowl then mix. Create a hole in the middle
(DO NOT ADD THE MELTED BUTTER YET)
3. Add the eggs to the mixture and mix again ; If you want really soft pancakes, separate the yellow from the white. Add the yellow to the mixture but beat the egg whites until when you turn the bowl upside down, it doesn't move. (*DONT ADD THE WHITE YET)
4. Incorporate the melted butter, whisk and then gradually mix the mixture with the milk to avoid lumps.
5. Add the egg white using a spatula, and gently mix with the spatula.
6. Let the mixture rest for about 1 hour in the fridge.
7. In a heated pan and oiled-pan, put the mixture in the pan (not too big). Then enjoy your breakfast ! 🍳
