hi lovely hearters, today I decided to write an article about the best books I have read until now. So let's get started!
❧ the book thief by Markus Zusak
So it's basically the story of Liesel,a girl in Nazi Germany during WW2 narrated by death; you will follow her adventures as she tries to figure out the situation. This book is really worth reading,so if you haven't read it yet you should give it try!
❧ Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë
A timeless classic, a wonderful love story and a very feminist novel. I think every girl you read this book ( and every boy too lol).
❧ to kill a mockingbird by Harper Lee
You must read it NOW! Trust me you'll love it. It has a very deep and interesting story carrying a strong message, and it is also very cute and funny.
❧ a song of ice and fire by George R.R. Martin
No need for further explanation; you guessed it , it's the book series on which the TV show Game of Throne is based. I rated it 5 because I loved everything about it, I was really transported into its world and got connected with the characters. And now I am waiting for the sequel lol.
❧ Charlotte's web by E.B White
Okay so this one is my childhood's book and I remember having read it on winter under a warm blanket. I'm planning on rereading it this upcoming winter.
❧ Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell
Such a lovely summer reading what more can I say? A quick summary about the story : Eleanor is red-headed girl,plump and insecure,she's new to the town, and on the school bus she meets Park an Asian boy who shares her love for rock music and comics. Together, they will live a romantic story.
❧ sense and sensibility by Jane Austen
Everyone talks about pride and prejudice which I love too of course, but I feel like sense and sensibility is pretty underrated . So yeah if you like 19th century English stories , I highly recommend you this one.
❧ the hate u give by Angie Thomas
This book deals in a great way with racism ( black racism) and I really enjoyed reading it. So here educate yourself because racism is a big matter and unfortunately there still are some ignorant and disgusting racist people.
❧ the alchemist by Paulo Coelho
I read it once but didn't like it ,so I decided to give it a second chance and I found out how wonderful and meaningful it was. Such a chilling and refreshing book!
