dinner - homemade burger: wholegrain bread roll with red lentil cutlet, slice of tomato, some onion and sliced dill pickles and a little bit of tomato passata plus! a glass of apple juice

THURSDAY, 18/07/2019

i had to run some errands and !according to my app i've done almost 5,5 miles on foot!
