DRINK LOTS OF WATER

I swear this is so important. If you drink near 2 liters a day, your skin will stay hydrated and it’s easier for your skin to get a tan.

WORKOUT BEFORE TANNING

If you do this, your blood circulation will increase which makes it easier to tan.

SEA SALT

Sea salt will get you a nicer color too. When coming out of the ocean, dry in the sun instead of drying off with a towel!

TAN WITH OILS

Try tanning with natural oils or buy some. I use balibody. (2 pics below the 2 other)

LIE CLOSE TO WATER

Obviously, everyone knows that water reflects on your body which will help you to tan fast!

EAT CARROTS

This will give you a more natural tan.
