Ah good evening!

Ready to wind down the night with some self care? That's what I thought. Today I'm going to be sharing a few self care activities you can try right here at home!

- Reading

Reading is a great way to wind down your brain after a long day and to ensure a good night's rest. Whether it's a book, an article, or even poetry it will take your mind off of what's bothering you at the moment and provide you with something interesting.

- Writing

Keeping a journal or stack of paper to write down your thoughts throughout the day or by the end of the day is an amazing form of self care. It lets you express yourself completely alone, without anybody judging. You can write how you felt about something, or an experience, or an idea. You can also look back on how you felt in the previous days writings.

- Bubble baths

Bubble baths are the ultimate form of self care and comfortableness that you need in your life. They put you in a better mood, relax you, and give you time to reflect. Ending the day with a nice warm bubble bath is guaranteed to make you feel better about yourself.

- Watching a movie

Movies are the best medicine for self worth. They make you laugh and give you good vibes all around. So grab some blankets and your favorite snack, and settle in for an evening movie!
