Plants/Succulents

Let me first say that these plants do not have to be alive! Many stores have started selling fake plants. I know for a fact that the Dollar Store/Dollar Tree sell fake succulents in a little pot. You can easily take the plant out and put it into a different pot or keep it as is. In some of my other articles, I have mentioned how you can also buy mason jars and decorative plastic ware from those stores too! And to top it all off, they also stock fake moss and different colored pebbles/glass gems to layer with. Spend a day thrifting for tea cups, jars, vases, mugs, etc. This could be super fun with friends and can definitely turned into gifts.
Even if you do not have a green thumb, take a look above and be inspired!

Pictures

Decorate your wall space with the people you love! Now that Polaroid cameras are back, instant photos can quickly enhance your room. However, that usually is not the cheapest option. Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, FedEx, Office Depot, and Rite Aid have inexpensive options too! The great thing about decorating your wall with photos is that you can continuously change and alter its look. Want it to be organized? Create a grid pattern. Want a rustic look? Use rope and clothes pins. Want a night light? Hang the pictures off lights. Want an organized chaos look? Make a collage. The possibilities are endless!

Shelving

Bare walls? Broke? Have a crafting itch? Luckily, I have some answers! Run to your nearest dollar store/dollar tree and grab some glue, Popsicle sticks, and ribbon. Then, stop at a Home Depot, Lowes, or even a dumpster for some wooden pallets. The pictures below are pretty SHELF explanatory, lol. I plan on making the hexagonal shelving and painting them in gemstone colors! Hopefully they turn out well 😊 Who knows, maybe I’ll put some of the succulents in them!

'til next time,
