Hey guys ( i felt like a beauty guru saying that), today i have a recipe of THE BEST truffles, just so that you guys know each one of these has 28 calories, if you eat 5 full of these you will have: 141 calories , 3 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs and 20 grams of PROTEIN.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g of Cocoa powder
  • 120 g of protein powder
  • 50 g of Almond flour
  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • optional: Decorations

STEP BY STEP
1.- Put the protein powder in a bowl, then we add the cocoa powder and mix.

2.- We add the almond flour and mix to get rid of lumps, and finaly we add the almond milk,preferably add it little by little and keep mixing.

it´s going to be like this except that brown.

3.- Finally we make them in the form of little balls and add the decoration that can be chocolate chips,grated coconut or sprinkles.

4.- JUST EAT and enjoy.
