Hi heaters!

I am back with another article and I have decided to share my full body workout that I do at home when I do not feel like going to the gym. You do not need any equipments for this workout but feel free to add weights or resistance bands if you want to. I also did not explain the exercises but explanations will come up if you just google the names. Enjoy!

Warm up

1. Neck titles & Neck rotations
2. Arm rotations & Hip rotations
3. Forward & Lateral leg swings
4. Jumping Jacks ; 1 min

Abs

1. Alternating arms plank ; 1 min
2. Bicycle crunches ; 1 min
3. Russian twists ; 1 min

Glutes

1. Donkey kicks ; 1 min
2. Fire hydrants ; 1 min
3. Bridges ; 1 min

Cardio

1. Quick feet ; 30 sec
2. Mountain climbers ; 30 sec
3. Burpies ; 30 sec

Arms

1. Arm dips ; 1 min
2. Push ups ; 30 sec
3. Shoulder taps ; 30 sec
4. Thigh taps ; 30 sec

Legs

1. Squats ; 1 min
2. Lunges ; 1 min
3. Wall sit ; 1 min

Now, repeat the workout once or twice more! :)

Stretching

I do not really have a consistent stretching routine, I just stretch what I feel is tense and usually solely do exercises that come into mind. If I can not think of any good exercises, I google "Full body stretch" and do those routines.
