Here are my new year's resolutions:

1. Drink more water.

I want to clear my skin, my body and just over all feel good and fresh.

2. Workout at least 3 times a week.

Moving my body makes me feel good. I always feel so much more happy and confident after a workout, and knowing it's good for me makes it even better.

3. Eat more greens, less sweets

This also to clear my skin and body.

4. Get out of my comfortzone everyday

It doesn't have to be big changes, just small things that I usually wouldn't do. Raising my hand in class, talking to someone I don't know very well and so on.

5. Give compliments / ask how people are doing more often

Spreading positivity and kindness improves your own and others confidence.

  • smiling, to yourself and others
  • confidence
  • enjoying the moment and being present
  • seeing the bigger picture
  • being thankful and showing it

And last but not least taking time of my day to take care of myself and making myself a priority.
