Hello lovelies!

2019 is so near and I still didn't write my goals for next year. So I thought that if you have the same problem like me the best thing to do is to write a list of ideas for new year resolutions. Hope you like it. And I hope that you will find inspiration in this article.

Drink more water. Keep track of your water intake with an app, journal or marked water bottle.

Move more! Sit less start daily walks, bike rides or running.

Explore and Travel more. Take camping trips, visit the next town over, go to a National Park.

Volunteer more. Spend time or money improving the community.

Call mom, siblings, grndparents more. Be the one who makes the first move.

Live simply, only buy what is needed.

Prioritize breakfast. Make sure to eat all your meals.

Turn on music instead of TV. It's less distracting and more motivating.

♡ Remember your goals and the big picture.

Try something new: yoga, backing, DIY projects, meditation or art classes.

Floss your teeth daily. Stay consistent.

Quit one bad habit: nail biting, smoking, eating out of boredom...

Go to bed on time. Don't lay in bed browsing on your phone.

Take time for self care. Do something nice for yourself once a week: read your favourite book, take a long bath, get your nails done...

♡ Make your coffee at home.

♡ Clean out your closet. Donate or sell what you don't wear.

♡ Go to local, live music concert.

♡ Swap soda or other sugary drinks for tea.

♡ Try a fitness class; water aerobics, spinning, Pilates, hiphop, belly dancing...

Learn a new language on a free app like Duolingo.

Do a little act of kindness daily.

♡ Keep a notepad next to your bed for ideas that come to you.

♡ Start your morning with a streaching routine.

♡ Find a workout buddy.

♡ Keep a jar of things you are gratefull for during the year.

♡ Double the time you spend outside.

♡ Put your phone away an hour before bed.

♡ Watch more documentaries.

♡ Start a recipe box or journal.

♡ Lower your daily sugar intake.

♡ Notice the little things.

Be honest, positive and don't forget to smile.
